A. Joining the Josephine community is a breeze! You can apply online with a 75 application fee. Once you’re approved, there’s a one-time administrative fee of 325. Q. Is renter’s insurance required?
A. Yes, renter’s insurance is a must to keep you protected. We ask for proof of insurance with at least 300,000 in liability coverage by your lease start date. Don’t forget to list 1620 Sansom PA LLC as an Interested Party. If you need a hand, we can enroll you in our master policy for just 30 a month. Q. How do I submit a maintenance or service request?

Q. When and how should I set up my utilities?
A. We’ve made setting up utilities super easy! They’re provided through Minol USA and will be automatically added to your RentCafe account monthly. Plus, you’ll receive a physical bill from Minol USA. Here’s the scoop:
• Water, Sewer, and Electric – Individually sub-metered and billed monthly.
• Gas – Billed using the RUBS formula, which stands for Ratio Utility Billing System. This method fairly allocates the cost of gas among all residents based on factors like apartment size and number of occupants.
• Stormwater and Trash – Billed per unit.
